Also, I just tried calling another phone from mine in the same local calling area (area code 226) and it doesn't go through, it just hangs up after 2 rings. It's fine calling to other area codes.

When you make an outgoing call which number shows up on the call display of the person you are calling? Does this number correspond to the number that you wanted to port from your previous carrier?

I ported the number. I just tried removing the SIM and rebooting (twice). Same issue still.
Outgoing calls work, data works, it's just incoming calls that don't.

Hi @pdol
Have you re-booted the phone (including pulling the sim for a few minutes and re-inserting it)?
Or sometimes it just takes a bit of time working its way through the system...
If still the same tomorrow, let us know, might need moderator intervention.

Did you port in your number? Or did you sign up with new number?
Try removing the sim and rebooting your phone.
