My number was reactivated 2 week back but still unable to receive any incoming or outgoing call.

Public Mobile is self service. You need to find a way to resolve the issue yourself. The community should be able to offer some assistance.

just so you’re aware, we are not public mobile employees, but we might be able to provide useful options for you to try.
Are you newly activated here two weeks ago or were you an existing customer?
What does your account status display as in self serve?

Sorry to hear about your troubles. What about text, incoming or outgoing? Data?
Did talk work before?
A few basic troubleshooting advice:
Reboot phone
Network reset of phone
Toggle airplane mode on, then off
You can also try the SIm card in another working phone. Did helps determine whether phone issue versus PM service problem.
Manually select either 3G network or LTE network to see whether talk works.
