Inability to make calls

I recharged my line yesterday, with $50 and I've not been able make or recieve calls.

@happibabe If you log into your self service/ my account ,  is the $50 showing as a credit there? If it is, you have to apply the payment.  Use the reactivate account option, to apply it. Then restart your phone.

What is your status when you login to selfserve

Can you click on reactivate

If it takes you to payment as one more dollar then restart your phone
