ive been trying to access my account to change auto renew credit card details but can never access , now im cut off and cant seem to access or even resubscribe , wont l

I got a text saying I'd been disconnected, I've been trying for weeks to change my acc details because I knew this day would come ,I got as far as getting ready to pay then was asked for a 4 digit code im meant to have , and I've no idea about a 4 digit code . Now I'm at a block wall . These things are made way too difficult.  Help

paying system is sometimes buggy.  you can try again using incognito browser mode or try using the app (with location permission granted).  If both tracks do not work, and you want to get the service back first, you will need to buy a voucher from stores and load the voucher using *611
