Im not getting any service im on wifi.

It was working this morning and now i cant get any service

As many others have said, I’d try basic troubleshooting techniques such as taking out the SIM card and wiping it, restarting your phone, checking your settings for any unwanted options that are toggled on or off etc.

Consider:

Rebooting your phone

Removing sim (and then putting it back)

The next step I would try would be on Publicmobile.ca pausing the plan and then reconnecting. 

 

More clarification would be great though, could you specify if it worked previously?

First, check to see that you have data left by going onto your Self Serve account and seeing that the data line is still showing. IF it is gone, than you used it all up.

 

Perhaps your SIM card shifted inside the SIM slot. Remove your SIM and gently clean the contact of the SIM card; gently blow inside the SIM slot.

 

Once the SIM is inserted again reboot your phone.

 

IF still issues go into airplane mode for few minutes, then go back to regular mode.

@Jamesnato Do you see Public Mobile on the left hand upper corner of your phone?

What is the wording on the location if it is not Public Mobile? Is it Emergency Call or an airplane icon or something else?

try to reseat the SIM (power down, take sim out, wipe and put it back and power on)

Yes, turn off your phone and the re-start.  Basic troubleshooting step.  You may have already tried this step.
