I owed 14 for a 25 dollar plan I had 11 already but then had to pay another 40 when I wanted to change plans

It says zero that's bs. Just gone I changed the plan first.

Yeah it just renewed that's (words removed) was the systems fault not mine

@Geejustin66 Did your $25 just plan finish renewing? If it did, you lost the $25 when changing plans.

Hi @Geejustin66 ,
Did you change plans to a high $ one? If so, you must add the full amount of the plan in order to renew accordingly.
Are you choosing change plans on "Next Renewal Date" (advised if you do not want lose out an any $'s (minutes or data) already paid in your current cycle).
What plan are you changing to and What does your "Available Funds" say?
