I updated my IPHONE 14 to ISO26 and now my IMESSAGES aren't working. It also is saying that I have two phone numbers attached to my phone (both are the same numbers) i reached out to apple and they advised I delete one number because I have an ESIM. They also told me to do a factory reset and it is still not working.

hi @Shae-LynnVitek try re-register
remove phone number from Settings, wait 15 mins, reboot phone and re-enter phone number in the Settings to re-register iMessage

@Shae-LynnVitek Some threads on here about the same issue. Check out this solution: after lots of back and forth between Apple and PM. The solution is to purchase a new ESIM. So I went into setting and disabled imsg and FT. Then rebooted. Logged into public mobile app and purchased a new ESIM. I let it do its thing and install. I rebooted after the network came back. I then turned on imsg and FT and within 10 min it’s activated. I had to reboot once again for message app to default back to sending imsg rather than SMS. Long story short PM issue and purchasing a new ESIM works and is the only solution available. Maybe it works for you?
