Calls not getting through

I use PM and when someone calls me, it goes straight to my voicemail. Unless they call twice in a row quickly. If they call twice in a row quickly I can get a call. It is important because if someone important calls me they call once and they just leave a message and this is not effective.

Nvm I got the phone working properly by resetting network settings. Thanks a bunch.

I checked both IMEI numbers on my phone and they are not compatible. I started having this issue 3-5 days ago and it wasn't there before. What can be done in this situation now?

What phone do you have? 

Check if you phone is on PM's VoLTE whitelist as that could be the reason

Also, try reboot, and Reset Network Settings
