IOT/infrastructure plans?

Hello, I am looking at different options for remote data collection for infrastructure because our current provider is unsatisfactory.

We need 50-100 3g/LTE sim cards that will only use ~10MB/month on average per card. Do you guys offer anything like this?

Thanks,

Kyle

This seems like your best approach, @mr_newlove.  You may want to talk to Bell and Rogers as well.

Surely you mean 3G speed / 3Mbps. 😉

Hello, even the lowest tier plan is really high for only needing 10MB/month with nothing else. Unless there is a way to add many sim cards to the same plan?

Hi @mr_newlove this is the cheapest plan Public Mobile is offering.

new $15 province-wide.png

This $15 plan doesn't have data but if you apply for autopay you get 250mb data as bonus and $2 credit every 30-day cycle, so you pay $13 per 30-day cycle.

Not sure if PM is the way to go for you

1 SIM - 1 email address.  if you are planning for 50-100 SIMs/lines, it will be a headache to manage all these emails.   There is no one account manage all lines in PM

Public Mobile plan usage cannot be split over multiple SIM cards. Each active SIM must have a seperate plan.  Sorry, but Public Mobile doesn't have anything for what you're asking for.

Some carriers do have "share" plans, but those are going to end up being much more expensive.
