I have never understood the real need for an app other than checking data usage. Most people do not need to go in and change plans /cc info etc every day. so for the odd usage a tablet or comp should be fine. a more mobile friendly portal would be nice but that seem to be pushing the limits.
If a mobile app is a make or break thing then there are other providers that might be better suited. PM is after all the 3rd tier of the telus family.

Koodo took away the app because according to their users, the website was better.
i don’t remember the source of this information.... it was probably a MobileSyrup artical.

Interesting... was going to challenge you on that because I used to use the Koodo app (on iOS) back when I was on Koodo, but I see the app is no longer available on the App Store. It was basically a re-skinned version of the Telus app, with the puke green and pink colours...

Even Koodo does not have an APP. They have set of insturction on how to create a shortcut icon for iphone and bookmark for android. Since their website is mobile friendly so it makes sense. May be public mobile can create account login more mobile friendly!

Now that they've alienated a whole group of people over to koodo this idea is definitely a far-fetched dream

This topic has been around for some time. Unfortunately, there's no will to supply one.
