Use the "Change My Number" option, select porting in number, then follow instruction on screen.

Hi @deena ,

When you join PM next month, just get a new number first. When you are activated and everything is working (calls, texts and data), then you can port your landline # to PM. In order to port, you need the account name, account number and phone number of the landline. Good luck !

@deena   kepp your landline active,  sign up with public mobile and pick a new number (temporary)  and after that works with the Sim card then log in to your new self serve account and click on change number and request to port a number and then enter your landline account number and stuff it ask for.  Keep in mind that it takes a few days usually to port a landline to public mobile!
