Hello,
How can I contact Public to fix my payment through phone? Today I noticed my plan was not renewed due to un-updated payment information in my account after changing my new visa card. So I updated it before my plan gets expired but I had to pay it manually this time. Now, Public charged me more than usual without using my reword I got over at least 2 years of being their customer. So how to fix it?

Contact support agents for any of the account miscalculations. They ll be able to fix after verifying your account and credit it back to you.

Thank you for the information. My balance is zero now after I paid this month bill. I will contact them.

Thanks. My Fund available is zero now after paying the plan. It seems the balance is automatically cancelled and I did not get off for this payment.

sign in to Self-Serve, to review your account, if you found at Available Funds: $$ has the amount left, leave it for next bill cycle the will take it from there automatically,
or you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent ,and Explain your issue to
them can solve your issue, they are nice service Team the will help you 100%.

@paradisal did the 2nd amount show up as Available Fund on My Account? If so, it would be easier to let it stays there and PM will use the amount to pay for the next cycle
