When I try to sign in to my self service account, it gives me the following error:
Sorry ,your login has been disabled. Please visit the online Community at publicmobile.ca/community for assistance.
When I press the 'forgot your password' option it gives me the following error:
Sorry, you've been locked out. Please contact Public Mobile for help.
I need to know what is the problem?!

@aminkhoram - is your account in non-pay suspended status?
After 90 days of suspended/non-payment status, your account will be permanently deactivated, which means you will:
1-Lose access to your phone number (and Self Serve account), any rewards or Available Funds balance that was in your account at time of suspension, and won’t be able to transfer the phone number to a new provider in the future.
2-Need a new Public Mobile SIM card if you decide to activate a new Public Mobile account.

close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,
and try open one Browser incognito mode,
you can try Forgot your password visit Here link, and enter your email address,
check your email spam,
or you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
and them will reset for you,

If you try the incorrect password too many times, your self service account may be locked. You can try again in one hour.
Then try reseting your password.

(Check your junk folder)
If not working, you will need to customer service agent (CSA).
You will need to contact customer service agent (CSA):
Click on the chat bubble icon on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact CSA. Type: I can't login. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.
