My account said i didnt pay but I had $39 in my account so I tried to pay it with that and then it charged my debit card again. Please cancel the second charge.
Also Why is this how you contact support!?

hi @transielle
the extra money will stay on the account as a credit. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in), and you should find it in Available Funds
PM usually do not provide refund, so leave it as a credit there and it will be used towards next renewal
