Two phone numbers under one account

I have one account with two phone numbers. It was set like that by Public Mobile many years ago. The second phone number is called alternet phone number. I need to separate this account into two independent from each other accfounts. How can I do it?

I have 2 sim cards and 2 different phone numbers on one account and one email.  I and my wife have two phones using this account. The account was created about 20 years ago. I could not find the a way to split them into 2 different accounts. I need help from Public Mobile to do it. Pleease help me.

Not possible to have 2 numbers under 1 account. Only 1 account/1 email.

Dm a CS_Agent to check the email used for each account.

@AnatoliyG Public Mobile has never offered more than 1 phones number per account. The alternate phone number you see is your alternate contact phone number. It is not tied to Public Mobile as it can be from any carrier. It is just another contact number if they ever need. If that number is also on Public Mobile, it must on its own account.

PM system is always one email address for one account, never able to have one email for 2 accounts.  The alternate phone number on My Account's Profile does not mean it is linked to that account, it is just a alternate contact number for PM support to reach you 

It is true that accounts activated years ago in store could have no email linked to it

No worries, easy fix for PM CS Agent and you just need to engage them by direct message
