Hello, today I got a phoneplan with Chatr and asked them to transfer my public mobile number.
that process requires for me to confirm the transfer with the public mobile number.
unfortunately I left the sim in another country and can’t do the confirmation.
the Agent from ChatR advised me to call/contact public mobile to ask if they can manually confirm the porting/ transfer of the number to a new provider. Is there a way to speak with an agent

You'll need to either have the Public Mobile SIM card replaced and have the porting attempted again when you can respond to the text message. The other way to do it would be to get Public Mobile to manually approve the phone number trasnfer. Unfortunately, the Public Mobile CSA would need to do this within 90 minutes of Chatr making the request. Public Mobile customer support agents are contacting by opening a ticket in the chatbot: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

You can create a ticket with CS Agent and they can assist with the phone port since you've lost the SIM.
You can contact an agent using the chatbot. Type "agent" and click contact us to go through the wizard.

If for some reason they don't respond to the ticket, you can try to send an email directly to the CS Agent here.
