I don't use this number anymore.
It keeps getting paid.
I want to stop the number completely. What should I do?
Do you not have a customer center number here?
My usim is not working already.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! The customer was already in a private conversation with one of our agents when the post was escalated. The agent will continue assisting them directly.

We are just customers here we can't do it for you. Also please remove your personal information. Use the down arrow on the right of your post as anyone can see it.
You need to log into your account and Unsubscribe one you do that it will stop. If you don't remember how to get in you will need to contact PM using the link hTidegrow gave you

hi @madoong if you remember your login to My Account, then go to Payment, Manage Subscription and disable Subscribed
if you don not remember the login, then message support and ask them to remove the credit card for you to stop further payment
