been trying for the past 4 hours...going in circles with usernames and more than appropriate passwords.
I am exhausted but wish to obtain this plan so that I can use my new phone.
please advise....I am asking for help
can someone throw me a crumb?

You can’t purchase a plan on the PM website. You need to download the PM app on your new phone and subscribe a new plan.

Use amother email address to create a new account
If you wish to use the same email address to create new subscription, you will need PM to check

Have no idea of where the arrow within the box is...least of my current problems...but I am concerned

Have you downloaded the app? That is how you sign up with Public Mobile. The app!
P.S. Click on the arrow within that box you wrote and remove your email address. These are not private forums.
