hey guys i was unable to find my account number. the thing is that registered email when i opened it showing othing is there any other way apart from email to login to my account

You can only login using your registered email ID and password. 
If you forgot the email you used to setup your account. 
Click on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket then Contact for an agent to help you access your account.
