If you have a credit card registered on your account, try calling 611 to make a payment. You can also make a payment through 611 with vouchers.

You can also, top up your account through your Self Serve account by credit card or voucher. If you have not created a Self Serve account yet, you can do that here:

There are no bills with PM. You prepay (pay up front) for the coverage you want for the next 30 days. So if you have service, you've already paid.
To avoid payment confusion, consider setting up autopay so your plan is auto-renewed. You'll also get $2 off per 30 days.
