I’ve lost my SIM and cannot confirm full access as I need the OTP to confirm full access

I lost my SIM card in India and do receive a new one I’m unable to log into my account as i can log into the main page using my email but to confirm full access it only will use my phone number. I’m not sure what to do.

yes, if you have not confirmed full access, you won't be able to get the 2fa code via other mean, you won't get the choice to get it via email

But no worries,  support agent can help you to update the sim card number for you.  Once the new sim is linked, you can then get pass the step about confirm full access and can login My Account

(and don't even try to use Chatbot to open ticket, you won't be able to as you can't login My Account)

There will be an option there that says "Didn't get Code" ... click on that and there should be an option to send to your email. If you're still having issues, you can contact a CS Agent to help.
