Any plan that was initiated before January 27, 2015, would be considered a legacy plan that requires a rep to change.
Also, if your account is in an expired status, only a moderator can make plan changes on an expired account. In that case you will also need to contact a moderator for assistance, as @Dan mentioned.

@Moalibmo, are you on one of the original grandfathered plans (the ones with phone support when calling 611)? If so, you can only change to the new plans by calling 611 and asking a rep to change the plan for you (and you'll lose the phone support after that). If you are on any of the grandfathered plans other than the original ones, or on any of the current plans, you should be able to change your plan yourself, but if you cannot, I suggest you ask a MOD to look into it.
