Hi
I forgot my password to log in to my account, and i try too many time to log in. Now i get this message " you've been locked out. Please contact Public Mobile for help." when i try to ask to reset my password though email. Can u pls help.

Yes, unfortunately, the password reset function works poorly. Click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number, account PIN, and an explanation. Moderator hours are: Monday - Friday 9AM (ET) - 9PM (ET); Saturday - Sunday 9AM (ET) - 7PM (ET).
Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.
Hang in there, you should have help tomorrow morning.
