I thought I was getting a bonus 500MB data per month

Hi.  I am a new customer.  I signed up for a plan with 2 GB but I thought I was told I would get a bonus 500MB  (cant remember why, maybe auto pay).  Now I am getting warnings as I approach 2 GB so I was counting on a little more date.

Anyone know anything about this?

Log into your SELF SERVE account, and on the main OVERVIEW page under My Data & Add-Ons it will show you your DATA PLAN amount...see mine below. I have the 250 MB plan and I used 49 MB so far this cycle.

What does yours say?

* Note - when you do not see your DATA PLAN amount in this section, it means you have used it all up. But it will replenish on your renewal. 🙂

Above is the link to the two promos that were available a couple of months ago. Unless you are  a quebec customer  which  had slightly better promos.

When did you sign up for the 2GB plan?  Which price?  There were a few versions.  The time limited promo $30 plan included only 2 GB data with autopay.  The newer $35 plan includes 2.5 GB data with autopay.  

You could purchase a 1 GB data add on for $15, unused data rolls over.  You could renew your plan earlier, but you will need moderator help.  Or you could change to another different data plan immediately, but PM does not pro-rate plans.
