I signed up in September for pay for two months and get the third month free. So far I have paid for three months and my next billing cycle is estimated at the full rate. How do I get this corrected?

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

did you check if PM added a credit to your account in Available Funds? Usually they add it could days before renewal. Please check your payment history
if still have problem , ask PM support to check, you can submit ticket by direct message:
