@Mahdi you can send a private message to the moderator team and ask them to investigate that if you didn’t use any data but usually I think it stopped working because you used it up. @Mahdi, I assume you looked into your self serve account to determine the remaining data. In case of disagreement, that's the official meter. If your self serve account shows the remaining data, check the usage settings on your phone to make sure that data limit has not been set too low.
