I set up a new account and made a payment on my credit. Now, I am not able to log into the account.

I just help my son set up an account using Mobile App but the phone still not working. He can't make any call nor receive any message.

If you done all the other suggestions already and you're having trouble logging into the app, try using the web. If you're not receiving a code via SMS, click on Resend code, it should offer you alternative options such as calling or emailing you the code instead.

First try to reseat your sim card with a reboot.  Power down the phone, Take sim out for a min befure you put it back and power up

If issues persists, no worry, this is likely a sim ard provisioning issue.  Easy for PM and you just need to open ticket to engage them.   Please message them here :

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

Did you try rebooting his phone by powering off then back on?

Also, did you pick a new number or porting the old number over to PM? If you ported the old number over, you need to reply to the text with YES with the old SIM in the phone. There will be a 90 minute window for you to reply or porting will be canceled and you need to contact a CS_Agent by private messaging.
