Oh you "bought" it with points. I seem to recall that redeeming points has a delay. You said you see it in your list of add-ons so it seems to be there. ??

@CS_Agent can you resolve this please? Reset network settings etc nothing has worked. Either refund me my points or figure out the issue.

Play around with the network mode, change to 5G , 4G and 3G and see which one works. Thinking if it is network problem
and you can Reset All Networks too

are you testing the data on one app only? try to toggle the mobile data and try using differnet app. Make sure the app you testing is enabled for data on the Mobile data screen

It’s an iPhone so no data limit is set. I’ve tried restarting, and in incognito mode it still shows 0/1gb used.

login to My Account again using Incogntio mode and confirm if the new addon shows there
if so, reboot the phone once and test again
if you are on Android, disable the Set Data limit:
