I purchased a card and when I enter the pin it says that it’s not valid and I’m unable to actually get a hold of the customer service person other than a computer so somebody can help that would be greatly appreciate it

@Amber041313 - are you trying to activate a new SIM card?

Or, do you mean voucher? Sometimes these take 24 hours to be activate after purchase.
Also, see if there is another 12 digits on the voucher to use. Can be added via 611 or through self serve.

Sometimes it takes a while to activate the voucher.

PM SIM doesn’t have a PIN. There should be a 19 digit number.
Can you please give more detail?

@Amber041313 : What card? What PIN? Is this a voucher? Is your phone popping up a message asking for some kind of PIN?
