What do you mean you 'paid for the plan again'?
Did you buy another US add-on or you just added funds to your account? Buying multiple US add-ons will not work as one has to expire in order to buy next one.

But please do one thing first. Login to My Account using Incognito mode and confirm if it is still showing 6/10 days.
If so, then, open ticket with PM Support:
