I porting still hanging in limbo

Like hundreds in this forum. My porting has been stuck in between koodo and pm.
Messaged @shazia_M but she hasn't read the message yet.

Now I don't even get incoming calls. Thou outgoing and data works.
What else can be done to make this problem fixed.

I would keep using the Koodo sim if it works. You could try facebook and twitter support.
