I paid my payment already but PM sent me an email..

Hello,

I paid my payment $11.30 yesterday night , September 8th, 2022. And I made down load receipt invoice. I can see the amount $11.30 was taken by PM on September 9th, 2022 from my bank account.

 

But PM sent me an email today September 9th 2022, at 2: 31 pm. It says that I missed  payment.

 

Please check it up and let me know correct  answer.

@myquestion   did they text you or email you?  i thought they will only text for payment / renewal issue

 

You said you paid 10+tax.  How much is your plan and how much is your usual Amount due?  Any chance you didn't pay enough?

 

Best to confirm is to login to My Account  check if the account status is showing Active and check if the cycle start date and end date is correct

 

if it shows suspended, confirm if your see any amount in Available Fund

 open ticket with PM support and ask them for receipt invoice if want.

 At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
