@Chris1986 - So when you log into your Plan Details https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/plan-and-Add-ons/ChangePlanLandingPage/ is it showing the $15 plan?

If so, you could just schedule a plan change (as noted by @will13am )on your next renewal to the $25 one, and if you require more calling minutes purchase the 500 Canada-wide calling for $5 addon in your self serve account. That is, if you are also okay with 250 mb until your next renewal.

You could add more funds up to the $25 plan, and select to change your plan now, but note there is no prorating funds in a current cycle when you choose the CHANGE NOW option.

So there should be 10 in available funds. If this is your first plan or even your intention was to upgrade to 25 and the plan just started you may be able to get a CSA to manually make the change out of goodwill like @will13am says, no guarantees, but wouldn't hurt to try

@Chris1986 , if you have already renewed on the $15, there is no way for you to change it for the current plan cycle.  You can future date a change for the next plan cycle.  If you really must seek a plan change, you can ask a CSA if they will do it out of goodwill, no guarantees.  Click on the Chatbot link at the bottom of the webpage and initiate a support ticket.
