@CS_Agent I ordered eSim by mistake, is it possible to get a SimCard instead? Or will I be refunded, so I can order again?

@Mahikln - non of us are customer support agents. I know you tagged 'CS_Agent', but did you mean to private message them rather than post this question in the public forum? See if CS_Agent can get an order of a SIM card sent out to you; note this normally comes via Canada Post letter mail. So be prepared for a 7-10 working day delivery.
Methods to contact Public Mobile Customer Support (CSA) below:
1-Normally Faster - use this link to: Get Help With Public Mobile Chatbot], also found in various places in Public webpages, and bottom right corner of the page (See the Chat Bubble),
2-OR, go to your ENVELOPE at the top right of your Community Account which is where your Inbox and Sent messages are. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message. Type CS_Agent in the SEND TO box. This will create a private message to Public Mobile Customer Support.

The eSIM is free with a plan but the SIMs are $10 from Telus/Koodo store and $4.99 at Amazon so why would you ask for a refund on something that is free?

You can by SIM card from Amazon as well. Usually it's cheaper than Telus store.

yes, you need agent help to change the sim back to physical one. You have a physical sim already? If not, please buy from Telus/Koodo store
If you have the physical sim with you, please submit ticket with CS agent, give them the sim number and they can finish the activation for you:

Have you gone completely through the signup process? Are you using the app to sign in or the desktop site? If you haven’t fully completed the signup process with the app your account won’t be fully setup. Try and find a local telus store that has physical SIM cards and then reach out to support so they can add it to your account.

To see the side bar look for a > sign bottom left of the page if logged in with a browser. Click/tap the > and the side bar will slide out

Thanks, but my accounts does not show the side bar. It keeps redirecting to login page!
