I never received bonus for signing up another person during last promotion for $25 . The other person did receive the $25. I sent a message to the moderators but never received a reply.

Did your friend do an online, at home activation or in store activation?  There were a few promotions going on at the same time.  The $25 both party promotion was for online activation only.  Otherwise, if your friend did an in store activation, he could have received $25 and you would receive the regular ongoing $1/month friend referral.  You could check your rewards section to see whether his phone number is part of your friend referral rewards.....

It has been taking about 72 hours for moderators to respond.  If you have not received response within that time frame, you should re-send a message.  Please include in the private message your phone number, your account number and PIN code.  Also, include your friend's phone number.

During business hours, we strive to answer all customer messages/inquiries as soon as possible. Usually, that is within an hour, but in peak periods, it could be as much as within 72 hours of receiving the message.
