Phone is not working anymore, plan renewal issue

My wife's account has had a glitch of some kind, I think it just needs a payment but I am unable to sign onto her self serve. The account was set up for auto renewal/withdrawal so I'm not sure why this has happened.
Please assist,

Whenever this happens with me deleting the cache for PM on chrome generally fixes it for me.

Self-serve is working right now so you should be able to log in. Try in another browser or using private/incognito browsing mode.
If you still can't, send a private message to one of the mod with account and phone numbers.
