So I completed everything on the page

And when I clicked on the button Submit it loaded for one minute and after that the loading gif dissapeard and I didn't saw any message like the form is submited it just stayed like that. So is it submitted ?
P.S.
When i try again on phone number change page to enter my number or any other number this time it says :
We were unable to transfer the phone number you entered. Try one of the following options:
- Make sure you entered your number correctly.
- Select a new number.
- Contact the Public Mobile Community for further assistance.

Worst we've heard is 10 days! ![]()
But, your landline should be working until the transfer is completed. Do not close your old account as that happens automatically.

Yes sorry didn't realize it was a land line. I think 3 days 5 at most. But someone else with a better memory will be able to tell say with more certainty.

@NewZQ the important part is receiving calls. That can take a couple hours. If longer then the port did not complete and you need mods to get involved.

I just completed the form 10 minutes ago. I wanted to know if when you port in a number you are supposed to get a message on the page that the request was sent. Because it just loaded and nothing happened.
Edit : Oh yes when I use my public mobile to call someone else, It says my new number.

when you dial out what number appears?
when someone call you what sim does it go to? transfers can take a couple hours. if after a couple hours the pm sim is not receiving calls then you will need to contact the mods.
