I need to make changes to an existing account. It has taken hours to get to the stage of possibly contacting a human, The chatbot is a totally useless and obstructive thing, putting me into loops without giving me any information.
I may have to start again with a new provider if i can find one that is willing to give support.

What changes are you trying to make? Are you able to log into your My Account or mobile App?
