I am a new customer to public mobile and I am having trouble processing my debit payment despite with the right information, who should I contact for help?

@TracyXia   you can wait an hour again and try to use Incognito mode to login My Account and try making the payment again

Or if you know the 4 digits account pin, after waiting the hour, use *611 and try to make payment there

But if you need support to further investigate, please open ticket by message them directly here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

Private message (envelope icon) a CS_Agent on your computer or tap on your  avatar to right then Messages and private message them on the pencil/paper icon.

Is it a Canadian debit card? A CS_Agent should be able to help you.
