Hi thanks for your reply.  It's still showing the "resume activation" page.

I need to renew before the 22nd and really don't lose the phone number 😞

when is your regular plan renewal supposed to occur ? Could it be that the renewal is to happen overnight tonight ? Are your plan features working correctly right now ? If tonight is the night your plan renewal occurs and you have a valid credit card or debit card set to Autopay (Subscribed)...all is well. It'll be fine in the am.
