@Triguy - just curious, were you in the middle of your post, and just did not hit post for a few minutes, and missed HALIMACS post?

@Efim  - if you had too many failed attempts to log in, or reset your password, you may have temporarily locked yourself out.

 

Wait 15 minutes, then try again. When you do try again, clear your browser's cache/cookies, and open a tab in incognito mode - this and help with finicky things.

EDIT - yup, as Halimacs has at the end of their post.

 

Then try the Forgot your password option again.

Contact the Customer Support Agents to request they assist you with this process if you're experiencing problems.  To contact a CSA, there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select contact Customer Support Agent, then select other (or the topic that more closely matches your request).  Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts,  or, 
  2. Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

 

 

If your  password reset didn't work on the first try, you could also try clearing cache and cookies, open an incognito tab, and try again in about 15-20 minutes.   You might also want to try a completely different browser on a completely different device.
