@Rodneyerickson2 Also for your 4 digit pin. If you don't know it and want to possibly find it. If you have an android phone and it's the original phone you signed up with you may be able to retrieve the 4 digit pin via sim card messages.
Open text app. Click 3 dots either top, middle or bottom right. Click settings, click advanced the click sim card messages. The pin might be there

@Rodneyerickson2 PIN number reset is a bit tricky, you cannot do it yourself, only PM support can reset it for you. Please open ticket with PM Support:
1. For faster response (2-48 hours) and you have access to your Self-Serve My Account, Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.
2. Or if you don't have access to Self-Serve My Account, you can Send a private message to the CS Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply and work with you via messaging there
