@Angela_S With email address change, only PM support can help.  Please open ticket with PM support using chatbot:

 

 

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

Click the chatbot (simon) link down below to start chatting with the bot. When you get to the ticket part you will login again with your community login then choose the pin option rather than the login option. I've had better luck using it instead of the login option. You'll need the name and number on the account and the 4 digit account pin that you created at sign up.

You can still use the existing email address as simply the login id but if you are suspended then email is the only option.
