Do you see this line item (below pic) in the "my data and add-ons" section of your self serve? If there is no line item displaying minutes remaining on yours, you have no outgoing minutes left.

Kramer?
Lol....sorry I couldn't resist. Follow @Nezgar 's advice as it does sound like you have run out of outgoing minutes if you are on the $15 plan. To purchase the $5/500 min add on make sure you add at least $5 to your balance then go to tbe plans and add ons page. Scroll down the page to the add ons section. Click the $5/500 min add on. Scroll down and confirm your purchase and submit the payment. Go back to your overview page and check for the add on to have appeared at the bottom left hand side of the page. Log out and reboot your phone.

Outgoing calls to your voicemail, (or any of of the local access numbers across Canada) will come out of your pool of 100 minutes included if you are on the limited $15 plan. You may need a $5 500 minute add-on if you need to make outgoing calls for the remainder of your current cycle, or use a free calling app like TextNow.

Are you on the new $15 plan and the province you are in is not the same province that the phone number belongs to?

Are you on the $15 plan with 100 outgoing minutes? Checking voicemail with your phone uses minutes. Can you check self service to see if you have any minutes left. If not you can buy the $5, 500 minute add on.

A long distance add-on is not required to check your voice messagers. You should be using the voicemail retrieval assign to you automatically by Public Mobile. By any chance are you on a $10 or $15 plan that includes only a specific amont of included outgoing calling minutes?
