I paid 24 dollars for a 6gb plan, my account is showing a 19 dollar plan with 1gb. Even though I was charged $24 on my bank card???

Just wondering. Are you using a PC or using the phone app? Whichever one you're using, try the other. It's just a cache issue. Happens a lot.

try logging in to your acco8unt on a laptop but use incognito mode; clear cache files. See if that changes things.
