I can not log in to my account.  My email/phone number both say "failed login" I currently have no service and an error message on my phone saying i need to up date my cellular data and cannot make or receive calls.  I can not stress how beyond frustrated I am and I don't care how much money i am saving this **bleep**ty service is the worst i have ever experienced and Once I have my phone working it will be bye bye public!  I better still have my phone number as it is not recognized by public so what does that mean? I have been a customer since 2017 and now this is what I get? Also, my email i signed up back in 2017 is no longer valid and non existent and I was told before that I couldn't change it but as long as i have my phone i am okay....well not true!  because now both do not work.  So now what I am to do?  I have no access to my phone, no access to my account, no access to my phone number.  i need help please.

You can still login if your email is no longer valid as long as you enter the correct password.

Didn’t you make a note of the email/password somewhere?
Everything online will need a username/email and password to get into the account.

You will need to contact a CS_Agent to help you access your account and change to a current email.
