My account does not work I need a new esim. How can I get a new one from customer service?

@Auctoris  Also is the iPhone a XS and later ? Anything iPhone  before that is not eSIM compatible . If you accidentally deleted the eSIM you would need to get a physical SIM card to replace it

The email does contain the code but it does not work. My iPhone says it can’t isnstall it and there is no way I can contact customer support. I tried everything, I am desperate that I lost my phone number.
