I submitted for a new plan that was on special that was to start today and it didn't switch over or charge me the new rate.

It was 39.00 a month if I subscribe for 3 months at a time and included 30GB a month.

Thanks but that isn't working I was charged my old rate when my plan should switched to the new plan and rate today. Will contact cs directly

Try again incognito/private mode

And or lap top /computer

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons

adding if you were charged $117 that would be good evidence your on the right plan $39x3 =$117
