They do a terrible job of indicating how much is required. As @computergeek541 has pointed out before, entering additional info actually works against you by increasing the odds you'll mistype something or have something not match up correctly to what's on file at the provider you want to move away from. Sometimes less is more 🙂

yes only account number is needed. and of course your name as it is on your account.

@whotank319, there are several posts on this forum that say that you do not need the PIN. It is optional.

I'm trying to port my number to Koodo and they seem to require the account security PIN.

Hi @whotank319, The only way to get your security PIN is to ask the moderator team for it. It does not apper in the self service portal.

That said, why do you need it?
