I'm trying to change sim number as my old one was lost to a fire
The new sim number is.

First login My Account or PM app
Since you cannot receive 2FA via SMS, click "Didn't Receive code" or "Resend Code" and choose "Send email" to get 2FA
After logged in, go to Profile page, click the pencil beside Sim card number to update
(Or if using PM app, go to Account > Change Your SIM Card to update)
If you really cannot receive the 2FA code via email, then message CS agent and they will update it for you
